It's a Date





Its gloomy hot day today, Perfect for a date shake! After the gym today I felt out of energy, I came up with this super easy shake and its a picker upper! I love dates and one of the best date shakes I have ever had is from a local market that is ridiculously far from me and not to mention its high in calories and sugar and its not at all good for you. This simple super easy date shake is so yummy and refreshing it will give you energy for the rest of the day, I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients


  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana 
  • 2-3 Dates pitted 
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Ice

Add all the ingredients into a blender, mix until well blended. I like to add a bit of cinnamon afterwards as well, It makes it extra yummy!
